Zinc Electroplating
Robust, cost-effective corrosion protection meeting ZinKlad® 96 and ZinKlad® 250 requirements using MacDermid Enthone chemistry. CQI-11 controlled and compatible with hex-free passivates, sealers, and topcoats for improved performance, appearance, and torque control.
Alkaline Zinc-Nickel Electroplating
Premium corrosion protection meeting ZinKlad® 1000/1000B using MacDermid Enthone chemistry with 12–15% nickel. CQI-11 controlled and compatible with hex-free chromates, sealers, and topcoats for improved performance and torque control.
Zinc Phosphate
Reliable treatment for pre-assembly lubricity, zinc-flake paint adhesion, and baseline corrosion protection. Available in light or heavy phosphate with optional oils. Uses Hubbard-Hall chemistry and meets CQI-12.
Zinc Flake Coating
High-performance systems delivering superior corrosion resistance, controlled torque, and minimal hydrogen embrittlement risk. Offered through our sister company, Tech Coat Inc., using Doerken® and Geomet® technologies, with optional PTFE topcoats and adherence to CQI-12 guidelines. Additional colours are available upon request.

Zinc Phosphate & Dry Film Lubricant
Sodium-stearate dry-film lubricant forming a white–amber layer over zinc phosphate for reduced friction and anti-galling protection.
